Education Support
Access to education is a basic human right. Yet, for many children in Nepal, especially girls, education remains out of reach due to poverty, social barriers, and lack of resources.
Through our Education Support program, we help children who may not qualify for our EduCare Family Project but are still living in vulnerable conditions. These are often children from single-parent households or families facing poverty, illness, or other hardships, where even basic educational needs cannot be met.
Why Education Matters
Education is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating long-term change. Its impact goes far beyond the classroom:
- It can significantly reduce poverty and improve livelihoods.
- It helps prevent child marriage, especially for girls.
- It reduces vulnerability to violence, exploitation, and trafficking.
- It empowers children to reach their full potential.
- It lowers the risk of child labor.
- It improves health awareness and overall well-being.
- It contributes to environmental awareness and sustainability.
- It strengthens communities and supports economic growth.
Most importantly, education gives children the knowledge, confidence, and opportunity to build a better future for themselves and their families.

How We Support
We provide practical, need-based support to ensure children can attend and continue their education. Depending on each child's situation, this includes:
- School enrolment and continued attendance support.
- School uniforms, shoes, books, and stationery.
- Guidance and encouragement for both children and their families.
Our approach ensures that children not only enrol in school but are able to stay, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive environment.
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that every child we support is given a fair chance to learn, grow, and build a life with dignity and opportunity.
